Thank you for your interest in becoming a Feliks stockist, we would be proud to be stocked in your store! If you would like to be considered for a wholesale account, please fill out the application form at the bottom of this page or contact us and we will be happy to help you out.

Please be advised that approval is at our discretion. We only grant wholesale accounts to genuine retail businesses who meet the criteria specified in the terms and conditions below.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Requirements

1. Businesses must be either a physical retail store, online store or other similar retail operation, for the purpose of reselling Feliks products to the general public.

  • Retail Storefronts: We may request a photograph of the storefront, or lease agreement.
  • Online Stores: All online stores are checked to be operational before wholesale access can be granted.  Online stores should have shopping cart software with secure payment facilities.
  • Other store types are reviewed individually and approval is at our sole discretion.

2. All businesses must supply their ABN (Australian Business Number).

3. All businesses must be prepared to supply a copy of their business name registration, if requested.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and exclude GST.  All Australian orders are subject to GST, while international orders are GST-free.

We endeavour to keep our pricing as low as possible at all times however, pricing may change at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Payment

We accept payment through Paypal, Direct Deposit, or by Credit Card.  Please note that orders will not be sent until cleared payment is received.

A minimum order value of $900 (excluding shipping) applies to all orders. 

All unpaid orders will be held for 7 days.  After this time, unpaid orders will be returned to stock. All unpaid orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Wholesale account access may be suspended until all fees are paid, at our sole discretion.

Shipping

We endeavour to pack and send your order as soon as possible and usually orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. However,  please allow up to 5 business days during peak times. You will be notified by email when your order has been sent.

Transit times depend on the individual carrier and are not guaranteed – however in most cases, please allow 2-10 business days for delivery.

Order Minimums

A minimum order value of $900 (excluding shipping) applies to all orders. 

Returns Policy

All orders are hand-picked by us, scanned to verify, and are checked for quality and correctness at the time of packing. We take great care to pack our orders to avoid damage in transit.

We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit once it leaves our hands, so if you are concerned about orders being lost in the mail, you can opt to pay an extra fee for Registered Post/Signature on Delivery.  All orders are tracked through Australia Post’s Click and Send service, so we will be notified when you receive your parcel.

In the extremely rare event that you receive a faulty/damaged item, please make contact with us via our Contact page within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.  We will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for a “change of mind”.
